Back by popular demand! Last year's pilot Full-Day Intermediate training program was such a success, KPC is bringing back B-Team. Eight plus weeks in length, this is an entry-level competitive kayaking class that prepares athletes for Bantam-Peewee Champs in late August in Dartmouth NS. Training consists of kayaking and cross-training exercises such as running, swimming, and circuit training. Athletes have fun learning to work together as a team in K1, K2, K4, and the war canoe. All of the competitive team coaches are certified with competitive coaching courses. Athletes are chosen for this class based on their skill level, personal best times, and commitment to the sport.
