    Instructions for Registration:​
    Fee payment step is separate from program selection and registration.
    Please ensure you:
    1. Select the Session(s) or Week(s) in which you wish to Register (ensuring you take note of your session dates) and submit form on this page; and
    2. Next, complete the Registration payment by selecting the item for payment and following through with the Payment step instructions.
    *Please note that if you have selected, e.g., 4-day week, you will need to select 4-day week camp in the payment step.
    All programs include $5 ADCKC Membership fee.

    WAIVER OF LIABILITY

    1.    To become a member of the Kennebecasis Paddling Centre, the participant(s), his/her parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) (collectively the "Applicants"), all of whom are signed below, agree that the Kennebecasis Paddling Centre and all of the directors, officers, employees and representatives shall have no legal liability whatsoever for any injuries or losses sustained by the Applicants resulting from attending the programs and events sponsored by the Kennebecasis Paddling Centre and the use of equipment and facilities of the Kennebecasis Paddling Centre.

    2.    The Applicants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Kennebecasis Paddling Centre and its respective directors, officers, employees and representatives against all liabilities whatsoever resulting from any injuries or losses as referred to in paragraph 1.

    3.    The Applicants agree that this Waiver shall bind any servant, agent, invitee, guest, spectator, or any other person associated with the Applicants.

    4.    The Applicants acknowledge that all the activities to be carried out by the Kennebecasis Paddling Centre have an inherent risk of personal injury, property damage and loss or theft of personal property and the Applicants acknowledge and confirm that they are well aware of and understand these risks and that the participant(s) is/are taking part in the activities at the Kennebecasis Paddling Centre voluntarily.  The Applicants warrant that the participant is in good health and is able to freely participate in the activities carried out by the Kennebecasis Paddling Centre and health restrictions, if any, have been noted on the Registration Form.

    5.    The Applicants agree to be bound by all the rules and regulations as may be published from time to time, which govern activities and the use of the facilities of the Kennebecasis Paddling Centre.

    6. Media: I hereby authorize any images or video footage taken of my youth (under 18 years of age), in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other images and video footage, to be displayed on the Kennebecasis Paddling Centre website and other official channels, and to be used for media purposes including promotional presentations and marketing campaigns. 

    REFUND POLICY

    6.    If for whatsoever reasons the Kennebecasis Paddling Centre cancels the program that you have registered for, a full refund will be issued.  Otherwise, two weeks prior to the registered program starting registration fees will not be refunded except for medical reasons, which must be substantiated by a medical certificate and refund will be less a $25.00 administration fee. CKC and ADCKC racing fees are non-refundable after July 4, 2025.
    Canoe-kayak is a water-based sport. Please ensure your child is comfortable in and on the water.

NEW 2 WEEK Sessions:FULL DAY SPORTS CAMP 
Children will enjoy a variety of sports activities in a relaxed atmosphere. Each day, the campers will spend 2 sessions/day of 1 - 1.5 hours learning to kayak on the Kennebecasis River in addition to playing tennis at the Renforth Tennis Courts, playing baseball at the JM Fitzgerald Ball Field, swimming at Renforth Wharf Beach and taking nature walks through the path to Kennebecasis Park.
What better way to spend the summer than outdoors with friends in a non-competitive environment.

​Fee for 2 Consecutive Week Sports Camps:  $490 
Fee for 1 Week Sports Camps M-F: $290 


  • Ages 8 to 12  ​(Campers Age Must be 8 by Dec 2024)
  • 2 Consecutive Week Sessions: Monday thru Friday, June 23rd to August 22nd, 2025
  • Drop Off: 8 to 8:30am
  • Pick Up: 5pm​
  • Camps will only proceed with a minimum of 5 registrants. 


LEARN TO SPRINT
​Learn to Sprint is KPC's main summer program which teaches the sport of sprint kayaking and focuses on balance, technical skills and an introduction to racing as well as fun activities and events all summer long. This recreational program teaches the skills needed to move on to competitive paddling if they wish and provides opportunities to use K1s, K2s, K4s, and C15. The program is ideal for energetic individuals, not afraid to get wet, who are eager to have fun learning a new sport. Learn to Sprint programs offer mini regattas and balance competitions every Friday and includes entry in the KPC Provincial Championship Regatta.

  • Monday to Friday, June 30th to August 22nd, 2025 
  • 12:15pm - 1:30pm  
Evening Learn to Sprint Programs will only proceed with a minimum of 5 registrants) - $215
  • Ages 11 to 16
  • Wednesdays, July 2nd to Aug. 20th, 2025
  • 6:30-7:45pm​
