LEARN TO SPRINT

Learn to Sprint is KPC's main summer program which teaches the sport of sprint kayaking and focuses on balance, technical skills and an introduction to racing as well as fun activities and events all summer long. This recreational program teaches the skills needed to move on to competitive paddling if they wish and provides opportunities to use K1s, K2s, K4s, and C15. The program is ideal for energetic individuals, not afraid to get wet, who are eager to have fun learning a new sport. Learn to Sprint programs offer mini regattas and balance competitions every Friday and includes entry in the KPC Provincial Championship Regatta.
